January 16, 2008This summer during the Berkeley McNair Conference our Scholars had the opportunity to visit the Precita Eyes Murals in San Francisco’s Mission District. These murals, which were created by local artists, line both sides of the alleyways of an 8-block area. These murals celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the Mission District.
